The mountain is known for steep ice and mixed climbing, exposed ridges, and unpredictable weather — requiring strong mountaineering skills.

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. Our team will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Rest and recover from your journey.

Day 02

Kathmandu Preparation

Meet the team, complete paperwork, and finalize permits for Nuptse expedition.

Day 03

Kathmandu Official Work

Final permit formalities, expedition briefing with all members, gear checks and logistics.

Day 04

Fly to Lukla (2,860 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)

Short scenic flight to Lukla followed by a trek through Sherpa villages to Phakding.

Day 05

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Walk through the Sagarmatha National Park with landmark suspension bridges and Himalayan views.

Day 06

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Rest day with optional short hikes to aid acclimatization and explore Namche Bazaar.

Day 07

Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m)

Continue trekking through forests and prayer flags to reach the spiritual Tengboche Monastery.

Day 08

Trek to Pheriche (4,243 m)

Trek above the tree line with gradually increasing altitude to long acclimatization village.

Day 09

Acclimatization in Pheriche (4,243 m)

Rest and acclimatization day, optional short hikes to nearby ridges.

Day 10

Trek to Lobuche (4,930 m)

Trek toward the high Khumbu Valley, nearing the region where Everest and Nuptse dominate the horizon.

Day 11

Trek to Nuptse Base Camp (5,357 m)

Final trek to Nuptse Base Camp where the expedition climbs begin.

Climbing Training at Base Camp

Ice and glacier training, acclimatization hikes near Base Camp, rope and equipment familiarization.

Day 14-37

Trek Down to Pheriche

Climbing Period, Rotations and summit push:

  • Camp I: ~5,900–6,000 m
  • Camp II: ~6,400–6,900 m
  • Camp III: ~6,800–7,000 m
  • Summit Push: Nuptse Summit at 7,861 m
    This phase includes rotations for acclimatization, fixed ropes, and weather windows for a safe summit bid.

Day 38

Base Camp Cleanup

After the summit attempt and rotations, dismantle high camp setups and clean Base Camp.

Day 39

Trek Down to Pheriche (4,243 m)

Descend from Base Camp to lower altitude village for rest.

Day 40

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Continue descent through classic Khumbu trail.

Day 41

Trek to Lukla (2,860 m)

Final trekking day back to Lukla.

Day 42

Fly to Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and report closure.

Final Departure

Transfer to airport for international flight home.
