Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. You will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax or take a short walk around Thamel to experience the vibrant city atmosphere.

Day 02

Sightseeing in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Kathmandu’s cultural landmarks. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Pashupatinath Temple. Return to the hotel in the evening and prepare for the trek.

Day 03

Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisopani (2,165 m)

Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, the starting point of your trek. Begin trekking through lush forests, small streams, and local villages, reaching Chisopani. Enjoy the scenic beauty and peaceful environment as you settle in for the night.

Day 04

Trek to Kutumsang (2,470 m)

Trek through rhododendron forests and terraced fields to reach Kutumsang. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the Langtang and Jugal Himal ranges. Kutumsang is a beautiful village where you can experience traditional Helambu culture.

Day 05

Trek to Tharepati (3,690 m)

Ascend to Tharepati, the highest point of the trek, passing through charming villages and dense forests. From Tharepati, enjoy spectacular views of the Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and Jugal Himal ranges. Overnight at Tharepati provides a unique high-altitude experience.

Day 06

Trek to Tarke Gyang (2,600 m)

Descend from Tharepati through forests, traditional Sherpa villages, and terraced farmland to Tarke Gyang. Explore the village and experience the local culture, monasteries, and lifestyle of the Helambu region.

Day 07

Trek to Sermathang (2,621 m)

Continue trekking through beautiful pine and rhododendron forests, small streams, and terraced farmland to reach Sermathang. Relax in the village and enjoy the tranquil Himalayan environment.

Day 08

Drive back to Kathmandu (1,400 m)

After breakfast, trek down to the trailhead and drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 09

Free Day in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu for shopping, sightseeing, or exploring local markets at your own pace. This day allows for rest before your international departure.

Day 10

Departure from Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight. Bid farewell to Nepal with memories of the beautiful Helambu region.
