Inclusions

Airport Transfers

  • Private airport pick-up and drop-off for all domestic and international flights throughout Nepal.

Accommodation

  • Four nights (or as per itinerary) in a standard hotel in cities such as Kathmandu or Pokhara on a twin-sharing basis with daily breakfast.
  • During treks, lodging in local tea houses, including daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Sightseeing

  • Guided sightseeing tours of major cultural, heritage, and natural sites in Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, or other regions as per itinerary.

Domestic Transportation

  • Domestic flights to trek starting points (e.g., Lukla, Pokhara, Tumlingtar) as per itinerary.
  • All round-trip ground transfers between airports, hotels, and trekking trailheads.
  • All land transportation within the itinerary, including transfers to/from national parks or trekking regions.

Permits & Entry Fees

  • Required trekking permits, including national park entry fees and local village development fees, as applicable for the region.

Medical Support (High-Adventure / High-Altitude Trips Only)

  • One 3-liter oxygen cylinder with mask and regulator for emergency use.
  • Comprehensive first-aid kit available during the trek.

Trekking Staff Support

  • Licensed trekking guide and porters throughout the trek.
  • Staff wages, accommodation, food, insurance, and domestic air tickets are included.

Meals & Snacks

  • All meals during trekking (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included.
  • Supplementary snacks such as cheese, crackers, salami, fresh fruits, and other items to maintain energy levels during treks.

Operational & Service Charges

  • All administrative and operational service charges related to the trip.

Domestic flights, land transport, sightseeing, meals, accommodation, permits, and trekking staff support are adapted based on the specific region and itinerary of the trip.
