Airport Transfers
- Private airport pick-up and drop-off for all domestic and international flights throughout Nepal.
Accommodation
- Four nights (or as per itinerary) in a standard hotel in cities such as Kathmandu or Pokhara on a twin-sharing basis with daily breakfast.
- During treks, lodging in local tea houses, including daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Sightseeing
- Guided sightseeing tours of major cultural, heritage, and natural sites in Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, or other regions as per itinerary.
Domestic Transportation
- Domestic flights to trek starting points (e.g., Lukla, Pokhara, Tumlingtar) as per itinerary.
- All round-trip ground transfers between airports, hotels, and trekking trailheads.
- All land transportation within the itinerary, including transfers to/from national parks or trekking regions.
Permits & Entry Fees
- Required trekking permits, including national park entry fees and local village development fees, as applicable for the region.
Medical Support (High-Adventure / High-Altitude Trips Only)
- One 3-liter oxygen cylinder with mask and regulator for emergency use.
- Comprehensive first-aid kit available during the trek.
Trekking Staff Support
- Licensed trekking guide and porters throughout the trek.
- Staff wages, accommodation, food, insurance, and domestic air tickets are included.
Meals & Snacks
- All meals during trekking (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included.
- Supplementary snacks such as cheese, crackers, salami, fresh fruits, and other items to maintain energy levels during treks.
Operational & Service Charges
- All administrative and operational service charges related to the trip.
Note: All inclusions are applicable for any Nepal trekking or tour itinerary. Medical support is provided only for high-altitude or high-adventure trips. Domestic flights, land transport, sightseeing, meals, accommodation, permits, and trekking staff support are adapted based on the specific region and itinerary of the trip.
